CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

• Your order is very special and I will start printing it once I receive your order because of the customization options. You can refer to the color table provided in the listing photos OR you can send a photo or link of your decor so that I can coordinate the colors for you.
• For each customized order, I will prepare a proof which you can expect within one to two business days. Please make sure to check your Etsy conversations for the proof.

RETURNS / REPLACEMENTS

As all of my signs are custom-made, I'm unable to accept returns. However, I will gladly authorize replacements for any damaged prints. If you happen to receive a damaged item, kindly reach out to me via Etsy messages within one to two business days of receiving your order. Please don't forget to attach photos of the damage. Once your replacement is approved, I'll promptly send it out to you, exactly as it was in the original order.
